Bars Leaks Saves Submarine Mission

In 1958 Bar's Leaks saved an important mission of the first nuclear submarine, USS Nautilus. In 1958, the USS Nautilus made its historic journey to traverse under the nNorth Pole and ran into a major system failure which threatened the entire mission. The crew of the Nautilus determined there was a leak in the Nuclear Submarine Condensing System. Incredibly, the mission was saved and Bar's Leaks assumed its position in United States Naval History.
